Who is Kim?
Kim is a fictional character created by ECPAT Sweden to represent all the victims of child sex tourism in the world. Kim could be a boy in Southeast Asia or a girl in South America. The important thing is that Kim is here to fight child sex tourism calling on everyone to join. Kim may be virtual, but the problem is very real. Kim is bought and sexually abused every day all over the world. We know that most people oppose the child sex tourists. The purpose of this campaign is to give the public a way to show that they care about the issue and to increase political pressure in the area of children’s rights.
